If you participate in interviews or submit case materials, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation is voluntary and may be withdrawn before publication (see Privacy & Consent).
• We will request written consent (including consent to record) before interviews.
• Default is anonymization/de-identification unless you opt into attribution.
• You will not submit confidential/proprietary materials unless you have the right to do so and any necessary permissions.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted materials for academic research and related publications (e.g., papers, presentations, dissertation, book), consistent with your consent choices.

5) User Submissions—Your Promises

For any content you submit (text, audio, documents), you represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the necessary rights to submit it;

17) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to email hi@businessleaders.ai with a description of the dispute and allow 30 days for informal resolution.

If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Washington County, Arkansas. You consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

18) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• No waiver: A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights; we may assign in connection with academic administration or successor projects.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, plus the Privacy & Consent and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement regarding the Site.
